How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribe. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime (takes effect immediately with prorated billing) or downgrade (takes effect at the end of your current billing period). You can also cancel anytime - you'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification in the admin dashboard when you approach your limit. Actions that exceed your limit will be blocked, and you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. See our

Do you store my credit card information?
No! All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data in accordance with industry standards.
Can I try Pro or Enterprise before subscribing?
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Currently there are no trials on offer.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 10 days. You'll receive email notifications from Stripe. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be canceled and you'll be downgraded to the Free tier (your data is retained).
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
We're happy to support non-profit organizations! Contact us via the Discord server with proof of your non-profit status, and we'll provide a custom discount code.
